"Poor experience from the start"

Poor experience from the start. Tried to place order over the phone, but assistant told me that only 8 digits of credit card were coming through. Tried 2 more times. Then tried to key in numbers. Failed again. Told somebody would phone me back. When they did they could not pick up order and wanted to start again. In the meantime I received a warning from my phone provider that I was approaching my limit on premium calls, so must have spent nearly £20 waiting and attempting to place this order. I then placed the order on-line, only to receive, two days later, an email from the courier (Evri) that the item had been damaged beyond repair (all 5 items?) and that I should contact Coopers (via their premium rate line?)

EVRI tracking has confirmed parcel was delivered back to you on 17th April. It is now 28th April and I have yet to receive a refund of £25.98.

"Excellent settee covers"

I purchased two 3 seater settee covers and they are great. Good coverage and easy to put on. I ordered two seater covers but they did not stretch over the wide arms of my settees. The returns process was a very easy pick up.
