"They accepted my order but it wasn't available"

They accepted an order for something they didn't have in stock so they had to refund my payment. The day they emailed me to say they didn't have the item in stock, they were still showing it on their website as available to buy. It looks like they've taken it down now though. These days there is no excuse for an online ordering system that isn't linked to stock levels.
