The product is fine, the brackets are good, however drilling two 10mm holes 20mm apart is near impossible and does weaken its ability to hold heavy radiator.

Overcharged for partially filled radiator which could be water or oil (as wished for) who knows, as no details forthcoming.

Pumps out really good heat once it’s warmed up! Also, I got a further £101 off before the delivery after I called to say, the price had dropped a day or two after my purchase. Beat heating and goes to be Best customer service too.

"Shame about the colour"

Cannot fault the delivery at all, but the colour of the radiator compared to the colour you advertise on the site is completely different! I only found this out when I returned home as our plumber was working in the house whilst I was at work (a lesson learnt by me - open the box first!). So be aware that Pippin Green is NOT like a sage green at all!
