As a customer living in the UK, and not within the EU, I was so very impressed by the way my on-line order was handled by the Lungolivigno customer care staff. They made it very clear to me early on in the process that I would have to pay customs duties and offered me the option of cancelling the order. Lungolivigno's use of FedEx as the carrier/deliverer enabled me to track my order and pay the customs duties through the FedEx website. I was so pleased in the way I was treated and updated with my first order I followed up with a second order and the customer service from Lungolivigno's customer care staff was equally as good.
