Robbing site I borrowed £500 for 32 days and replayed in full £222 interest sort it was £ 722 altogether. I borrowed 500 off Mylar for the same period and they charged only £ 24 interest on full repayment.so all together it was £ 524. Say no more. don't use uncle buck total rip off

Had no problem with the loan but decided to pay loan off early as that’s what I like to do if possible but been charged over £7.50 per day interest over the 26days I’ve had the loan
Phoned to speak to advisor and was told the loans are not designed to be paid early but that’s my understanding of payday loans
I will be taking this matter further as I felt I have been totally overcharged and have put in a complaint

Very bad customer service over the phone. Made regular payments without any problems, but wasn't going to be able to make one payment due to fixing heaters in my house. Rang uncle buck to request to make double payment next month, but got flatly refused & kept on getting told I can afford to pay. I than got told I will get interest charged for every day till payment is made. Becauses unsatisfactory service, I will not use uncle buck once I've made my loan fully.
