Such a fantastic experience with Vintage Prints. The ordering process was simple, proofs were received quickly and the process for approving them was easy. Once the proof was approved my order was sent out quickly. It's a testament to how well my order was packaged that my paper item was undamaged despite the courier leaving the parcel outside in the pouring rain. The cardboard packaging was saturated, but my item was completely untouched. I even had an email on the day of delivery to confirm that the order had been received and that I was happy with it. The item is high quality and the customer service has been excellent!!! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Vintage Prints and will use again if I need similar products in the future.

After much deliberation and different options we decided on pocketfolds for the daytime and folded for the evening. I’ve used vintage prints for my wedding day place cards and favour tags. I’ve had to order a few times due to changes in people. Every time I’ve emailed I’ve always had a response within a couple of days. I had an issue with one place card and it was rectified and resent out within a day and it was no trouble at all. I’ve just ordered another 2 placecards and they were ordered, dispatched and arrived within 3 days.
