Our company initially saw promise in Kudos as an employee recognition platform, but ultimately discontinued its use after our first year due to significant shortcomings. While the software offered basic recognition features, we found the interface cluttered and unintuitive, making employee engagement more complicated than necessary. Customer support was mediocre, and the cost didn't justify the minimal value we were receiving. Our team has used this for past couple of years and it runs smoother than other similar systems. It has all the basics and a pleasing interface. It's user friendly and looks modern. I know employees appreciate and utilize the points and gift cards.
