"Great idea just delivery is suspect"

Looked like a good company so I ordered one as an anniversary surprise for my wife. She gets the mail at work and thought it would be a nice surprise. Tracking says delivered so I waited after she got home to see her response and nothing. Next day still nothing. I finally asked about it and she had no idea what I was talking about. I contacted the customer service and they said just wait a few more days. Really? Wait a few more days? For what? It says delivered and now it is two days later and still nothing. She is the only one who collects the mail so nobody else has it. Asked around anyway to no avail. Seems like a good idea if only they were trustworthy.
