DEFINITELY recommend this product. Ive been using it for over a year now. It's helped to stabilize my T2D and i've lost 2 stone in weight without exercising. Yes i watch my diet but no more than before i used this product and I've still lost 2 stone. It's not cheap but it works.

I’ve always been up and down with my weight for years and never been happy with it. I got to a point a few weeks ago where I thought I am going to end up really ill. I was introduced to the “feel good” products and I thought well I’ve nothing to loose so why not. I started in August been using the products for 5 weeks I’ve lost nearly a stone in weight and 5 inches off my body so far. I have been on holiday and had nights out while still following the plan. I am really happy with it had a couple of comments in work asking what I’ve done as look different. I feel great not tired all the time I’m sleeping really good even though on HRT still has symptoms they have reduced. Gut feels better not bloated all the time. I have to say especially in the last few weeks I have noticed that I have more energy. I have Aplastic Aneamia and have an auto immune treatment.
