Worst Service Ever!

I had the most frustrating experience with this shifting service. My marble temple was broken, my bed was damaged beyond repair, and my showpiece was destroyed! These were valuable and sentimental items, and the complete disregard for their safety is appalling.

Richa, the person who took responsibility for the move, has been completely unresponsive. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times to resolve the issue, but there’s been no reply or apology. This is utterly unacceptable!

I demand compensation for the damages. This kind of negligence is beyond words, and I would NEVER recommend this service to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

Very careful shifting. Workers coordinator shiva has been so keen on safety of the products. Mr.Rafi has made the process work so smoothly without any hiccups on very short notice. Really trustworthy. I would recommend to my peers.

We lost two watches. One is Fastrack and another one is Cult sports smart watch. It is very bad experience. I get to know once we arranged every thing. Apart from that they have changed 800.

Everything went wrong after initial estimate, they dint tell us every small item they will number and charge 1200 rs for that... so they mismanaged packing 100 rs items they picked qnd numbered separately like small baby chair smallnstand small door mat...and then made whooping bill around double then the estimate...
We were shocked kept requesting but smartly they gave final bill after pcking goods from home. when we said this is abnormal and so painful we can remove few meqningles stuff then they said it's already left for Delhi...
Worn out pillows dusting clothes they packed and charged massive amounts...while never said we will charge for it...
We wrote mails to head office of our discomfort and pain then they said pay the bill or we will start taking storage charges ...we were stuck...initial 45000 estimate they ended up taking whooping amount around 80000...never budged from what they made bill..howsoever we said...we were not told...we are not stupid thtvwe will send old worn out door mat worth nothing for 2000 rs transportation charges. But they didn't budge...

Worst ever experience - these guys don't know anything about packing and moving nor the relative services, worst ever experience, they don't have any own teams and work with third parties who don't even know again anything about what they do. please do not go by all they say, it's only till they get the order, they change the color once the order is awarded to them. They don't have tracking or anything, and the things, vehicles will never reach you in time, you will be just in the lurch till it comes and some third party from nowhere calls you and informs, it took 22 days for me when it was supposed to be taking only max to max 10 days as per initial order time confirmation, and they will not take your call, will threaten you, keep you at ransom, will completely disregard you and keep you at their mercy, torment you mentally. Cars and vehicles will be used personally by them and damaged and handed over fully dirty and with so much damage and they will again demand money. please stay away from these so-called cloud packers and movers, as their name says - they are not on the earth they only exist in the cloud ....

This packers and movers company is a complete disaster! First off, they didn't give me any receipt or confirmation. I had to hunt them down for it. They promised delivery in 7 days but took 15! The staff? Totally rude and arrogant, even threatening not to deliver my stuff because I held back 20% of the payment to make sure my belongings arrived safely. And when they finally did deliver, several of my kitchen items and household goods were damaged thanks to their pathetic packaging. This is the absolute worst service I've ever dealt with. Don't be fooled by the fake positive reviews online. Avoid this company at all costs! And I bet they'll come up with some fake or pathetic response to this review too.
