Who the hell is this company? They have our details without our permission - and they are wrong! I have given this website an ultimatum to remove our details after which time we will be taking legal action.

I don’t know who they are, they included my company details on they system. The information is incorrect I will be passing this matter to my legal department as I did not authorised for any services to be provided by this website.

"Been with them for a number of years"
We thought we would join Safebuy some years ago. We feel it does lead to an increase in sales although it is hard to quantify how much when sales were already growing rapidly. They have always been very quick with support requests. I find it strange they have some negative feedback from people one might suspect as never having been a customer of theirs.
Their review system works fine and gives people the opportunity to leave both positive and negative comments. You can reply to the feedback if you feel the need.
I am not sure what these people offer in return for payment. I can no longer sign into my account. Emails are ignored. I want to cancel my account but so far this has not been possible.
Eventually got a reply from them and they promptly did a refund. That was very welcome.

I came across this website displaying details about my company website.
Aside from the inaccuracies that you get from scraping data (which is also against our terms of service), they claim to be "in partnership" with the Office of Fair Trading and The Department of Trade & Industry - both of which no longer exist - and it's a lie anyway.
The bottom line is that they're a tinpot company, making ludicrous fake claims in order to coerse people into signing up for a paid plan.

"Biased toward seller?"
I contacted Safebuy when a company I had purchased an item from failed to respond to my emails and request for a refund (of a faulty item).
As the seller was a part of the Safebuy scheme, I contacted Safebuy to assist me. I also asked them how I might leave a review of the seller on their website, which showed only positive reviews for their members.
I am grateful that Safebuy did assist in getting my money back, however, they failed to respond to my request to leave a review of the seller on their website.

"Threatening company, avoid"
Safebuy have just sent me a letter demanding I pay them £400 for when I unfortunately used their service 3 years ago. I am an ex-customer! I can ill afford to be hounded this way, and if this is how a company treats their ex customers, who have paid them funds in good faith then the world has gone mad.
