"Most of the paperwork I had to do"

Most of the paperwork I had to do, most of the records were sent back to me from police stations. Once all paperwork was complete they informed me it takes about a year for the visa to go through and since my travel was less than a year I would be better off taking my paperwork to the border. Sending in for the visa is the biggest part, they continually and still are charging me for work that will not be done. coukd have saved me a bundle from the start telling me to just take all documents to the border.
