"Shocking service"

The management, organisation skills & communication of this company is a shambles. We was let down on several occasions, with the manage blaming everyone except heatpac. We had to do all the chasing to get the work carried out. The only reason we've given a two star rating is because the team that did the extraction work - they were absolutely brilliant & did a cracking job - they deserve a 5 star. But sadly the lads are let down by an incompetent management team.

Just an update to your response - it's strange how you can reply instantly to a review, but not direct to your customer’s & yet again that's for not letting us know the scaffolding was being removed today - unbelievable.

"Not very professional - shares your contact info to random people"

I contacted Heatpac for an estimate to add insulation into lower ground roof space and possibly cavity walls where the insulation was missing. Appointment booked a week ahead however they turned up an hour late which clashed with another tradesman doing an different estimate - not great. The representative took a quick look at the roof and didn't even measure up - which I asked him to do, two week pass and no quote for the work, what I did receive was an email and a WhatsApp message from some random person/company that the representative was mates with offering me a cheap cash price to insulate my roof which I declined and his response wasn't great - imagine if I was a vulnerable person! Clear breach of GDPR (do they even know what GDPR is?) passing my email and mobile number on to some random person. I've called and emailed Heatpac about my concerns and haven't had a reply or quote to date.

"Heatpac replaced our insulation"

Heatpac replaced our insulation. Our home was PUT TOGETHER by Tilia Homes North East. Heatpac invested and found little or no insulation in our home. They replaced and upgraded the boiler and heating pump as both were undersized with little or no heat being allowed to generate so after two years we have a heating system that not only works but is warm and efficient. The guys were knowledgeable, helpful and very professional. Callum especially who we dealt with and who checked the finished work. I would 100% recommend Heatpac

"Fantastic service"

Fantastic service, I have contacted callum regarding eco 3 scheme last year but due to short period of time, we weren't successful of doing required jobs in the house but I cannot express in words how callum kept us on his system, he pushed the work with no matter of time through this eco 4 grant scheme. Let me not forget to mention callum teams and the lads we're brilliant. Thanks callum for going an extra mile no words mate.

"What a shambles! Heatpac / Middlesbrough Insulation"

What a shambles! I booked a survey for loft and cavity wall insulation. They cancelled the first appointment but omitted to tell me! I rebooked it. The "surveyor" turned up and explained I would have the quote the following week. I have chased 5 x times, each time being told it will be with me that day. Finally I am told it is in the pile of quotes they are working through and when they come across it they will quote. That was (yet another) week ago. I do not understand why they bother to waste my time and theirs coming to take a look and then not quote. Don't waste your time on them.
