Buggy Revival were extremely helpful in advising me and I couldn't be happier with my bugaboo purchase.

Despite being listed as a grade 2, I was really impressed by the buggy's condition. So much so that I went on to order further items from Buggy Revival - a sun canopy and a footmuff.

Again their customer service was great, they helped me source the items I needed when I initially purchased the wrong sun canopy and were also helpful in dealing with my return.

The items are of fantastic quality. We’ve been using the sun canopy all summer and it has been great.

And now the weathers turned colder we’ve been using the footmuff and are delighted with it.

I’ve been recommending Buggy Revival to all my friends!

Don't be put off buying second hand from this company, the products are great quality, great prices and you're helping to reduce waste.

"Not delivered as advertised"

I wanted to love the pushchair as much as the website because I love the concept. Unfortunately the pushchair wasn’t cleaned & in worse condition than I’d expected comparered to the grading system.
I had a quick response from the company with an offer to clean or a part refund. I accepted a part refund for the inconvenience which was paid promptly. All in all I am happy with both the pushchair and the service.

Absolutely fantastic company and service. Bought a 2nd hand bugaboo chameleon 3 and it's just as described. Very happy with our pram saved about £350 at least vs if we bought it new. Staff happy to help with any queries. Would highly recommend.

The condition was even better than I imagined, and when I phoned to ask about the pram they were so helpful. The service, delivery,and the pram were all first class. I would highly recommend them.

I happened to come across this site and it had the pushchair I was looking for. The grading system is useful and accurate, my buggy was in very good condition and had been cleaned and serviced to look almost new.
Free delivery at the time requested is great.
I hope more people use this service to recycle their buggies so there will be more choice for customers. It looks as if the popular models sell very quickly. You just have to be lucky!
