I recieved my order from bodykind for two Black+Blum Lunchboxes. Unfortunately, one of them arrived in not the greatest of conditions (scratches and scuffs all over the box)
I sent an email to customer service and they had responded the next day, complete with a new tracking number for a replacement!
I cannot thank Barbara enough for her prompt resolution and great customer care! Will definitely be buying from here again :)

Excellent variety of products, some difficult to find in many other places at reasonable prices.
They also have a great variety of vegan cosmetics and products which is also really nice.
It is definitely the place I end up whenever I am looking for things I cannot find anywhere else. Fortunately they also deliver outside the UK fast and without any issues.
