"Deceivers"

"Hi,
GadgetCow is a company i will NOT be using again.
The delivery was not fast (twice as long).
The onlinesite is to poor (To enter in My Account i have to push any times de tab button to put my email in the textbox). The information of my order history is not visible! To see it, i have to select the all page because the font color and the bacgroundcolor is WHITE!?

One of the products i have order was not the product i have received! and came with defect.
I informed the company about this and the reply was:

"Can I ask if you have formatted this card yet? "

...Yes i have!
and i say:
... I feel cheated with the publication of the product on your page.

the reply was
"This is an error on our site and has been amended. If this is something you look in to you will see that XC cards only exist in 64GB cards. "

After that i expect at least that the company asked me the card to replace it.

"Terrible"

I purchased an item from Gadgetcow through Amazon. No tracking information was ever given to me or Amazon and I never received the item. No response from numerous emails and phone calls to Gadgetcow. Amazon tried to contact them multiple times with no response. Amazon's investigation was too slow and I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.

"Terrible Experience"

I wanted a new camera lens for my vacation. I purchased the lens. I sent an email asking when it would ship. I was told it would be delivered in 2-5 business days. "Great," I thought because I was leaving on my trip in two weeks. I asked for a tracking number. They said they didn't know it and that they would track it down. "Strange," I thought, but figured well I should hear back the next day. After all, finding out a tracking number shouldn't take any longer than a few minutes. Next day, asked for a tracking number again, but was told the same thing. They were still looking for my tracking number. By now, I was starting to think that the package never even shipped. Asked nearly every day for my tracking number until the day I was to leave for my trip. Still nothing. I asked for a refund. They said that it has already shipped and that I would have to just return it. "Fine," I said, and left for my vacation. Came back, nothing had come for me. Still no tracking number. I demanded a refund or else I would dispute the charge to my credit card company. No response. After a few days of not hearing from them, I put in the charge dispute with my credit card company.

Update: Just now Gadgetcow tried to dispute this review with Trustpilot when nothing I have said is untrue. They still have made no attempt to give me either a tracking number, a status on my shipment, or a refund. I guess they thought they could dispute the review and I wouldn't make the effort to verify my purchase and my review would go away. Sorry, but I will not let this go. I have kept all emails and chat transcripts in case this would happen, and if you plan to order from them, I would suggest the same. I was just mildly annoyed with Gadgetcow, but now that they tried to dispute my review, I am infuriated.

made an order in 17/09/2013 and only in the 23/09/2013 ,after a complain, i got my confirmation..new complain on 01/10/13 asking for my package that arrived on the04/10 but missing one item...complain about it on the 16/10 and again on the 21/10....im still waiting for that item

"Almost perfect"

Almost perfect transaction, I arranged it to be delivered to my work as I'm never at home and it was needed for a birthday present, and it was delivered on time and I wasn't stung with any customs charges which can happen when buying from the US. My only niggle is that I had to call for tracking details, would shop here again.
