I use them all the time, nothing is too much trouble. If you have an issue with your booking or it reduces in price they change the booking for you free of charge!

I use them every year and would not go anywhere else, they are absolutely amazing!

I've used DFCH for at least 10 years and multiple times in any one year. I've occasionally researched prices direct with car hire companies and DFCH are always better. I have also changed times and dates of hire on some occasions. None of these have been difficult to do and have resulted in me getting exactly what I needed with no issues in terms of changes or refunds. On the odd occasions my bookings have got complicated (due to me, not DFCH) I have contacted Andy and his team via email or telephone and everything has been resolved with speed and no fuss whatsoever. I have no relationship with the company or anyone that works for it but if you are thinking of using DFCH, just do it.

Easy to choose what car type you want and what hire company you want.

The car we had for 3wks was perfect, no issues at all.

"Service not good enough"

Rented a satnav for my 2 week trip to Florida. Satnav arrived and was not working. It had no maps on it, it was out of date. Had to download garmin on my laptop and update the satnav myself with the appropriate maps for it to work, even then i was not sure it would work and would only find out when getting into Florida! This was a few days before I was due to leave.

I emailed Andy, no apology or even compensation for sending a satnav I had to update myself. If this was someone who was not computer savvy, there would not have been enough time to get another satnav out. I am appalled by the lack of service and not even taking accountability for sending a satnav that was not fit for purpose.

If you are planning a trip to Florida, I'd recommend hiring a car with a build in satnav, get an E-Sim and sync your phone to the car to use Google maps. Much more accurate especially with all of the road works currently going on over there.

From getting a quote to changing things along the way this company has been excellent. The step by step guides on how to get your rental without queueing was very clear and easy to follow. Have booked with them again for next year.

Perfect service and a great price. The communication was great throughout and made it a simple process. We were advised to use Alamo advance online check in and were able to simply walk straight to the on terminal car park and select our vehicle and drive to the exit security gate. No more long lines at the car hire desks in the terminal. We will always use this service in future AND book through discount florida car hire
