"I purchased a brand new apartment last…"

I purchased a brand new apartment last November that has a personal lift to travel up and down over 4 levels. I am elderly and also disabled hence the need for the lift.
Within the 2 months l have lived here the lift has broken down. First time it was fixed quickly but this time l was stuck in the lift for a substantial time, very frightening. I have been told that the parts that are needed are coming from overseas, but they can't tell me when they will receive them. In the meantime l am pretty much stranded in my own home. My bedroom is on the top floor and there is no way l can climb all those stairs.
The attitude of the staff that l have spoken to has been nothing short of abrupt and non helpful, they never returned any of my calls. I have been without the use of the lift for 4 nights and goodness knows how many more it will be. I would never recommend this Company to anyone. BS.Hope Island

Excellent service and quality lifts! Installation of high-end circular and square lifts to our six multimillion-dollar penthouses at The Landmark in St Leonards has gone without a hitch.

Chris running the installation onsite has done a great job and has been a pleasure to deal with.
