"Shipping Fail"

It took almost a full month to finally receive my order. The box that they came in looked like it had been thrown around, mauled by a bear and then was soggy from moisture. I had to call multiple times to see if they were still even coming. I love the sunglasses but it was crazy how long it took to finally get them.

Purchase went smoothly. However, they apparently changed the design of the elastic band so that it is fixed and you cannot replace it as needed. I have an old pair with yellow lenses on which the elastic is at its limit and I was hoping to be able to swap the band from the new pair back and forth as needed but will not be able to do that

Not buying Maxx HD glasses anymore. Only used them for MLB glasses. New owners apparently don't want to obtain the license to sell MLB glasses.

Like this "Storm - Smoke Polarized Black --2017maxx448" a lot. The new style nose piece is the bonus. The frame is more flexible and fits nicely with motorcycle helmet. I've been wearing for about 3 weeks and am quite pleased.

"Missing pair of sunglasses"

I ordered two Maxx sunglasses on Sept 1. A box arrived on Sept 12 with one pair of sunglasses and a packing slip which seemed to indicate that both sunglasses were inside. I reported the incident to Maxx on their website. The fulfillment status of my order in my account is "unfulfilled." There has been no communication from Maxx sunglasses. I don't know if the missing pair is on back-order or what. I expect more information from Maxx.

Flimsy is a good way to describe my 4 pairs of Maxx I received last week. I'm waiting to see how long before the lenses pop out! I called the company to tell them how sad these frames are compared to what I bought last year and that they are losing a customer. The mgr said he'd send me some more sunglasses to make up for the poor quality, we'll see if that happens.

"CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!"

I purchased 2 pairs of glasses on 9/3, after 2 weeks order was still unfulfilled. I sent 2 messages through the website with no response, on 9/12 I called and talked to Jason. He assured me my order would be shipped no later than the following day. As of today 9/18 it’s still unfulfilled. This is unsatisfactory to me.
