"Bad information"

If you send an e-mail to someone you should have their name correct. When my partner sent you an order, you sent information to me instead of him and continued to address me as him. My purchasing department made the purchase two days apart due to which accounts they had to use whether jail or patrol and instead of combining the two orders or calling to find out why that had happened we were instead charged an extra $1.21 a patch. I received an invoice for the first order 5-17 and another invoice for the second order 5-24. I still haven't received any patches, so I find it hard to believe that the two orders couldn't have been combined to give us a better price.
