PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE DECIDING TO USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR TELEPHONE LINES.
Let me start by saying this is a review is an honest review & I welcome anyone who would like to ask me anything to do so as the level of customer service I have received is one of the worst I have ever had. We were sold to Rubix VT from our old telephone company that we were with for 8 years, since selling to Rubix we were paying £5 a month for Router support which we never had the need to use however in August 2022 we had an issue with one of our VOIP lines and called the help line to ask for an engineer visit as a week into the issue we still didn’t have a line that we were paying for. We were advised to make sure our SIP ALG was turned off. My question that I never had answered was why and who turned it off and why did we not have this issue before and unless you are in the business how anyone would know how to do this so asked for an engineer visit or someone to do this remotely as we had never had this issue before and assuming we had the router support and paying monthly for it, it would be dealt with. Cut a very long story short NO VISIT was ever arranged then around the 4th September the line started working again. I decided at that point that I wanted to hand notice to them to be told there is a 3 month notice and that they charge £35 per line cancelation fee which three other providers I called to quote said is definitely not standard practise and in fact unorthodox within the industry. If you are considering appointing Rubix push for these silly charges to be waived. When the contract came to an end I received threatening emails from them demanding that if the Router is not returned to them within 10 Days then they would charge me £400. Annoyingly I signed these terms as you do when you are told to do so when a company sells out to another. They are a terrible firm to deal with who need to train their staff how to deal with paying customers. Rubix I am available for any clarification you may have.

We are delighted with the service we receive from Rubix and in particular from Sales Executive Sean Hurley. Sean oversaw the telecoms side of our office move last summer and is doing the same for a further move this Autumn. Sean has been with us every step of the way to advise and support us. He offers good service and technical knowhow without being condescending which is a great benefit to those less tech-savvy customers such as myself.

We had the misfortune to have to renew our electricity contract at the very worst time, with electricity prices having gone sky high. Felix was extremely helpful in getting us a reasonable (in the circumstances!) fixed rate for a year.
But Felix's real value came into its own when the new electricity supplier made an appaling mistake and somehow managed to link our account to the wrong property and company name.
Felix knows the business very well and was extremely diligent and responsive. I thoroughly recommend.
