First time I’ve used this site, lots of choice of frames and photos and very easy to get a personal photo done. My order did not arrive in the said time so I emailed the customer service to check on the order, I got a very prompt reply…. within an hour saying she would check on the order, she then emailed to say why there had been a delay and apologised. She sorted the order immediately and sent it express delivery but also offered a refund if I no longer wanted the products. The customer service was excellent!
The order was very well wrapped to protect it and I am extremely pleased with the quality of the products, the photos are extremely clear and excellent quality even in a bigger photo and the frames are excellent quality. I would certainly recommend this company and I will definitely be ordering again off them.
