I’ve always had excellent experiences with both the personnel and products of Colorado Botanicals. The questions asked were always, I felt, reliably answered and good advice given and the products’ response to my needs have exceeded my expectations.

i am a 78 year old male that retired from concrete construction. Started having back problems in 2005. Was told at the time I would need surgery but I could hold off with epidural and steroid shots. Those lasted until 2011. Saw my surgeon then after MRI and was told I needed to have my L-4.L-5,and S-1 fused and then in 2 years have L-1-L-3 fused. I again opted to try shots. Had been having epidural and steroid shots 3 and 4 times a year until 2020. Then a retired golf professional had me try some CBD oil That worked very good for almost a year but the pain in my back and legs never went away. Then his supplier didn't sell anymore so I tried Colorado Botanical and ordered their CBD oil. After a couple months I got an email from Colorado Botanical asking what I was using the oil for. Told them about all the disc problems, Sciatica nerve problems and was receiving shots for the inflammation in my back and leg problems. The person responded I should try CBG+Recovery in place of the CBD oil. I have been using that product now for over 2 years and only had one shot during that time. I got it only because my wife and I were heading to Florida for the winter and didn't want any problems.
The response I get back from this company is 5 star as they have always emailed me back within 2 days or less . I recommend them all the time to friends that have similar problems and will continue to do also.

"Great products and fast shipping"

Colorado Botanicals has really good CBD oil. I've only used their broad spectrum CBD for recovery after workouts, but it works really well. I've placed 5 orders so far. I like that they ship quickly and the packages are secure. So far every package has arrived without issue (no leaks or damaged product). I'm going to continue ordering from them as long as they deliver the same quality product I've received so far.

The first time I used CBD oil the benefits were not exactly what I supposed to. Now, with a doctor’s guidance, I could finally find the right product for me on the Colorado website. The deliver was fast and well packed. And since I started the use of Colorado Botanicals’ CBD Full Spectrum the level of pain had significantly been reduced and can even sleep better. I have arthritis and EDS.

"Poor Business Practice"

I am so displeased with this company. They are not responding to my emails about my missing product that I ordered and they say they shipped out over a week ago, but still haven't received. And I have contacted them about a refund on one item, with absolutely no response. I am never ordering from this company again! I suggest spending your money somewhere else.

Update 8/30/23
Rec’d an email on 8/25/23 explaining the delay and apologizing for the lack of communication. Gummies were still not available but was offered comparable oil instead. I rec’d the oil today and have updated my rating .


Ordered on 8/8/23, got an email on 8/15/23 saying my order was ready to be shipped and included a tracking number. It’s now 8/22/23, according to the tracking the package has never been shipped. The number was created but it has not been received by the post office. Sent 2 emails, no reply. Very disappointed.

I was doubtful CBD Oil would help with my joint pain. However, getting shots every 3 months was getting old and the pain always came back before shot time. Well, CBD Oil to the rescue!!! Wow! No more shots, not eating Tylenol. Thank you Colorado Botanicals! Also, improved depression, sleep, and overall health.
