"21 day return policy plus 5 on top"
Their policy is to wait 21 days from the date io your returned item and then another 5 days from the date that they tell you they have processed the return in the accounts dept..
After 27 days I have had to call to chase my refund but still no sign of
it as its going through the system. Shocking , considering modern technology these days.

"DryRode experience with MyTriathlon"
I ordered a DryRobe jacket from these jokers for my wife's birthday. I used their online size guide to establish what size I required and subsequently ordered the jacket (at the time of ordering all sizes where available on the web site). I returned to the site the day after and I noticed that all small sizes were now unavailable.
I then noticed from the invoice that they shipped me a large instead of the small that would fit my wife (as recommended by the site). I tried to call them for two days, no answer. On finally getting through, they informed me the jacket was unavailable in small and that they could not replace the jacket with the small size I ordered and on top of ruining my wife's birthday I would have to pay £15 to return the jacket to them for refund.
Well done MyTriathlon, the worst customer service I have ever received.
For any perspective customer I recommend you avoid these charlatans.

"Petty Returns Policy "
I rented a wetsuit to train and swim for the Selkie Henley Classic. I used it because this was the site recommended by the organiser.
They didn't have the size I ordered, but a friendly employee gave me a call and we figured it out. So far so good.
I sent the wetsuit back at the end of my hire, and shortly after it arrived back I was informed I owed a late fee and a fee for damaging the suit.
I asked for evidence of damage, and they were able to send images, there were three small nicks, fine fair enough.
However the late fee - "Due to our records your wetsuit was due back on the 14/07/2024, however we have received it back on the 15/07/2024." The 14th of July was a Sunday. Royal Mail does not deliver on Sundays, and even if they did, it is unlikely they were open to receive it. It arrived the next day, on Monday. Claiming that I owe a £60 late fee is incredibly *petty*. They graciously (eye roll) waved the fee as I paid the damage fee within 7 days.

"Excellent customer service"
First time hiring. Had an issue and Daniel sorted it out very well. Wet suit fits like a glove. Overall very happy with the customer service and speedy delivery.

"Struggled with my sons sizing last…"
Struggled with my sons sizing last minute for an event. After I cocked up the sizing we went to the office and the team sorted him out good to go for his first open water. He went onto win it, found a new world of racing so thank you! Suit was perfect, service amazing!

"Avoid if possible."
Should have read the other reviews!
Avoid if possible
Have used these guys twice. First time was flawless and great.
Looks like business has slowed down for them as they are charging scammy late and repair fees.
Get ready to pay 2 - 3x the total cost.

"Avoid this organisation"
Avoid this organisation. Their website states '..All hire suits are new, when sent out have been checked for damage, prior to packing, and are therefore in perfect condition when they leave us..'
Product received was damaged and e-mails to company on receipt of wetsuit went unanswered. 1.5 months after returning the wetsuit I was pursued for payment for damage, followed by threats that '..further measures may be taken..'. The company has a firm hold on the triathlon industry - but avoid like the plague.

"Terrible wetsuit hire experience....."
Was getting into open water swimming so wanted to try one out before buying. When I received the orca wetsuit, it had already been worn and had scuffs on inside sleeve, I emailed back straight away and they said it wouldn't affect performance of the wetsuit (however you bet they'd use this and then try and charge you for it upon returning - in they're T&Cs £60 per nick?!)... anyway after hire period was coming to an end I asked for cost to pay for it out right... this ended up being way more than RRP cost of wetsuit from all other retailers (including Orca).. "The wetsuit will still be available at a discount to the retail price. We will deduct the rental fee [excluding any packing and delivery charges] from the retail price of the wetsuit – so you don't pay twice and it is a great way to TRY before you BUY." this is on their website which i trusted, and it is TOTAL rubbish, it will actually cost you more. When I challenged this and asked if they could offer discount on remaining balance to purchase, since it didn't arrive in a good condition - they declined and honestly I only paid for it in the end because I knew they'd try and charge me for damages that it had arrived with if I'd tried to return the wetsuit (+ reading other reviews elsewhere sounds like they run on very unethical lines). They're customer service was so poor bordering on rude. I paid the final amount just to avoid having to communicate with this company ever again. Save yourself money and energy and just buy the wetsuit direct from sigma sports or orca - don't bother hiring, total waste of your time. I learnt the hard way. Please just avoid this company.
