it's a great copier. u will definitely get all support from VL.

we need to be bit patient. As first u need many adjustments. as our signal providers also need to be trained for the copier friendly signals. it takes abt some time for both to get in line. (if ur signal provider is supportive)

I purchased this product because I was attracted to the fact that they advertise that their software:-

"Recognizes All Formats
No matter which trading signal format you get, the Telegram MT4 copier can perfectly copy the signal and open the orders thanks to its always evolving learning system."

However when testing the system I quickly discovered that it doesn't understand basic English such as 'Bought' or 'Sold'.

I contacted support and I brought it to their attention and their response was "not acceptable on our copier"

So I shown them their homepage that says that it recognises any format, and their response was "LOL".

Very rude and not customer friendly.

It works you just need to have the right settings. VL is a fast responder and will help you out with everything. I already recommeded this software to my coworkers. Using it pass my prop trading challenge so far so good
