First, they took quite awhile to finish this but in fairness the Corona virus may have played an issue.

Second, they required that I pay off my debt which I agreed to do & gave the incorrect numbers without checking them so I have credits from all my lenders which is leading to a loss of monies to me until they clear the accounts. They apparently looked at the original numbers I provided but never looked at them again!

Third, I did not receive a HUD statement or other breakdown of expenses, which btw was VERY high! I liked my mortgage officer but am skeptical of ever doing business with this mortgage lender.

Lastly, they are selling my loan so I am unable to arrange a direct debit from my bank.

Overall the experience was good from the beginning to end. My loan officer Corey was great, but the follow up by the ancillary staff had some hiccups. Emails didn't seem to get to me or were sent through the bank site and not my personal email which caused some confusion. But by the end, they were flexible, knowledgeable and professional. I would do business with them again without hesitation.
