Their Initial response is good but later they keep your queries in the lowest priority incase you had to re-install the purchased games due to any issues... If they could improve on this aspect it will be good for them.

The line of business they are in, they should make sure they don't have any sour customers or else the that could completely go south on the business model they are operating on.. Hope they realize this!!
