"Ridiculously expensive. corrupt company"

Ridiculously expensive for what it is. Price jumped from $300 to over $1,000 which they failed to disclose, then refused to refund the money. No online account settings...you need to call them to cancel which took multiple attempts for them to actually action it. The yr before the price hike they took the payment twice and refused to refund the second one for ages. Corrupt scumbags wouldn't go near them again. R.E to Stack reply, your communication was sent to a no longer used email address that did not match the one in my account settings, which was pointed out and stack point blank refused to acknowledge it. as I previously said stack did everything to try and avoid issuing a refund. criminal behaviour. As I said took ages...1 year to refund the double charge!
