"Package never arrived and they ignored my emails/Instagram"

Shipping can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks. Or so they say. My item have still not arrived. It has been way past the time frame. They’ll constantly blame covid but sadly to say my stuff from China comes faster than their package. They ignored my email and are very unprofessional at handling the situation. If you get the item then the material is decent. Since I have purchase from them before which also arrived way past the 6 weeks. However this time they ignored me and refused to fix the situation. You are paying the same price as other name brand stores such as venum, virus, etc. But at least those stores you’ll get it in a timely matter.
If you purchase the item in Nov. Don’t expect it to arrive in time for Christmas. Matter of fact it might not arrive at all and they’ll ignore your emails.

We ordered a fairly large order for our Son for Christmas. They were very eager to take the order, from there communications were sporadic at best. Several times they sent an email asking the same question ( what ounce gloves) . This order was placed in early December and we were assured of receipt before Christmas. Didn't happen until January. Needless to say we had to purchase from somewhere else.Now they refuse a full refund and even want us to pay shipping. I could say more but will save for another site. PS. the other company got the items to us within a week. and to me a much better quality.

"Shipping issues. Think twice before buying if needing on time"

Bought an item for a gift on November 25 and expected a delay due to the holidays. What I didn't expect was that the item was ready on December 19 for shipping, a label created on December 28, but according to USPS, it wasn't even received yet for shipping. I contacted them January 2 and received a reply today stating it's on it's way. I'm sure the quality of the product is great as I have a friend recommend them after buying several items from them, but sitting on the shipping...I would not go to them if you need something relatively quickly. I didn't expect to have to frequently contact them to even get a tracking number, only to find out it was just sat on despite stating the item was ready 9 days prior.

Update: Support has been wonderful and wanted to update the star review to comment on how diligent they have been answering my questions. Note to self and everyone, make sure to read the fine print when ordering custom made products to get an estimate on the delivery and use the latter day.

Received a call and refund to be processed.

My order was delayed due to supply chain or shipping issues and was not received in time for Christmas. The company saw my review and called me to offer a full refund and apologize for the delay. I appreciate it when a company takes responsibility for an issue.

Typically I don’t like the elastic band at the base, but this one didn’t give me any riding up problems.
I got my lumberjack bundle, the shorts have this inside drawstring and I absolutely love it!

Bought a hillbilly bundle and was honestly more than satisfied with my order. The shorts have an inner drawstring which I really wasn't expecting. The quality of the rash guard is great too, it's thicker than what I have bought from them in the past, shipping would've been better but it wasn't that much delayed anyway just a couple more days.

I ordered a rashguard from XMartial and received the wrong product. I let them know and they were very responsive and arranged to send me the correct product. They were very helpful and easy to communicate with. The rashguards also seem to be high quality.
