"Sarwa Fees Change"
Very poor call with essential message of the call being, we increased our price. We gave 2 weeks notice. You should have sold all your portfolio for it.
Not very professional call. Not sure if they will increase fees soon other areas.
Not to be trusted
Edit Update after Sarwa Response:-
1) I am referring to the call that i had with Mr Akshay Iyer from Sarwa.
2) You sent an email on 23rd Jan, saying Fees are changing from 5th of Feb. “Make Alternative arrangements” in 2 weeks. Its funny that Sarwa expects investors to take decisions on based on random fees changes by Sarwa.
3) Most importantly, its very important to clarify that Sarwa decided to back date these fees. So all my trades which i had done with Sarwa when they were marketing themselves as a free trading platform. I have to pay a fee whenever i sell this portfolio. If indeed you were as investor friendly as you described, you could have easily done this for future NEW trades only, not to penalise your customers who were with you as a young start up.
3) Now one day Sarwa may decide they will charge more fees on their core Robotic investing by giving 2 weeks notice.
Random fee changes & marketing gimmics unfortunately.

"Not for international customers"
The platform itself is friendly and easy to use, but all the glowing reviews must come from UAE based clients. For an international initial investment wire transfer of 500 dollars, their bank charged me 50. 10%! When you complain you get a barrage of pre-programmed bot answers that are way too assertive and way too fast - like the bot would literally interrupt you - to tell you that the charges are not their fault. International customers, read the fine print. It's not worth it and they should've been more transparent about it. There's a difference between a reasonable fee and daylight robbery. Their bank is clearly not the reasonable kind.

"THIS PLATFORM IS BIG FRAUD!!!!"
THIS PLATFORM IS BIG FRAUD!!!!
DON`T INVEST YOUR MONEY. THEY TOLD ME IN THE BEGINNING THAT THERE IS NO ANY CHARGES, JUST TO ATTRACT THE CUSTOMERS, LAST YEAR WAS VERY BAD STOCK MARKET, THEY DON`T IMPLEMENT ANY CHARGES AS EVERYONE WOULD LEFT THEIR PLATFORM, NOW MARKET IS GOING UP AND THEY HAVE IMPLEMENTED CHARGES TO GET PROFIT!!!
IN OUR EMAILS THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WONT CHARGE THE PREVIOUS TRADES , BUT ONCE IVE CLOSED THE TRADE THEY CHARGED ME AND STILL CONTINUE. ITS FRAUD!!!!

"Good returns for a passive investment strategy"
I am happy with the platform so far. Sarwa is particularly good for beginners or investors who don’t want to actively rebalance their portfolio in the short term.
I subscribed to the platform roughly 1 year ago. Annual management fee is less than 1% and there is no withdrawal fee. The subscription includes an initial call with a Sarwa manager who walks you through the different risk profiles and recommends one based on your financial savviness, risk propensity, and investment horizon/goal.
I opted for a medium-to-high risk profile (4 out of a maximum of 6) and a portfolio composed of both stocks and bonds.
Since then, my average ROI has been between 7-10% (fluctuations are frequent due to exposure to market). Overall, I believe the ETF strategy adopted by the platform pays off, especially in a bullish market.
Sarwa offers a small incentive for joining the platform and making referrals, crediting US$ 50 upon activating the account and depositing an initial amount for investment. If interested, you can use my code: WUJL3801

"customer support"
Very bad customer support, I applied for an account week ago now, and they told within 2 business days it will ready, till now the account is still under processing and when I tried to reach them, I only got one reply we will work on it... and never heard back from them again
EDIT: how can I share my email with you?
EDIT2: I updated the rating after the great support I started to get from Sarwa since yesterday, the account is now working, and the support is now responding in no time.

"I like the platform"
I like the platform, buying stocks is easy and efficient.
I do feel that the spread they charge on crypto, however, is exorbitant. I can see spot bitcoin ETFs filling that gap and expect to see them available on Sarwa soon.
It would also be nice to pay out quicker when you close a position.

"Great option for passive investors"
I want to say investing is to be taken seriously and my thoughts and experiences are my own and you should think long and careful about what you want to do with your money.
With that said, I have been using Sarwa Invest and Sarwa Save from September 2023, and I am quite happy. It is an easy platform, very convenient and with a nice set of portfolios unavailable otherwise. Once you invest, they distribute your funds across stocks and bonds based on your preference for the risk level. It is true what someone else said that they keep the money for a few days after having received it before crediting it to your account, but aside from that I am happy for now. Their webinars are also super useful to partake in. It makes perfect sense for me with my UAE account and I will continue using it definitely.

"There has been recurring buying and…"
There has been recurring buying and selling price errors.
The customer service on WhatsApp will not respond to your complaint and that costs me loss.
There should be no place for error in account.
This is a point of great concern. I would advice everyone to always check their average price of a stock against their purchase price, specially when a particular stock is being bought at few different times
