I wish there’s a way to give 0 star to this stupid people because they don’t even worth 1 star. This is the most useless and worst hosting company anyone could use, all those given 5 start are their friends. They are pure scammers, they advertise what they don’t offer, their ip is blacklisted, you will purchase a domain and it wouldn’t be registered for you, customers support takes time to respond to complaints, I hardly drop reviews, but for me to have time to give this review, you all should know that this people are worst people anyone can encounter, so please avoid them.

I have a few websites hosted with them. After several back and forth of websites being down and up, database dead, they finally sent a mail that all the websites hosted with them have been wiped off, and advised their customers to start creating their websites afresh. I don't know how more razy a hosting company can be. No backups, no nothing. People's hard work, money and business gone just like that! I expect multiple civil and criminal charges falling on the owner.

I write this out of pain, and honestly if Trustpilot can make this review trend, I will be so pleased because I want the company to feel the same pain I felt. Can you ever imagine that after building a website for 6 full weeks, and at the point of completion, it is one steewpeed "domain & hosting" platform that first of - offers fake and unrealistic features and then treats customers like trash by not even responding to emails, that they will be the ones to not only have recurring server issues but at one point in time, cause all that you've built to be wiped out... That is the exact experience I have with Hogan Host... If you want your business to progress, never in this life should you host it by any way or form with Hogan Host. THEY ARE SIMPLY UNRELIABLE

"Poor Service and False Advertising – Stay Away!"

I had a terrible experience with Hoganhost.com.ng. Most of what they advertise is simply not available. Their shared hosting service is a joke—doesn't work as described, and despite claiming to offer email accounts, that feature is non-existent.

The worst part is their customer support. It takes 24-48 hours for them to respond to tickets, which is their *only* channel of communication. No email or phone support is available, so if something goes wrong, you're stuck waiting. I wouldn't even recommend their services to an enemy. Stay far away!
