I have used APL a few times now and have always been happy with the service and the proximity to the airport. Staff are helpful and friendly, buses run regularly to and from the airport

My flight was cancelled so I was returning a day late. I called to let them know which was straight forward. It cost £20 extra for the day, which I felt was very fair. The car was there when I arrived back to Luton.

Our roof box was damaged in the week away and no-one has paid any interest at all. Complained on site, the man said ‘I don’t know’, complained by email, no response. It won’t open any more, it looks like either someone has tried to force it open. Otherwise, if you don’t mind your property getting smashed with not even an acknowledgement, a good service

Everything was smooth and efficient. Bus was ready and waiting both on departure and arrival. Employees were friendly and helpful. Very close to the airport.

Easy to find. Parked up straight away and bus to take us to the airport was prompt and took a few mins.
We arrived back in the evening and ended up getting off further away from where we had parked. The driver saw us walking around and came back and drove us to where we had parked, which was super helpful!
Really smooth service. Would definitely use again.
