I ordered a replacement pillow ( the back shop pillow) that I had bought 5 years ago and it was very handy being able to WhatsApp the business photos of my old pillow so they could guide me to where I could purchase my new one. Very helpful.

I have siatica + slipped disc for years and it got to the point where I couldn't sit comfortably anywhere but especially at home to watch the tv .
I dealt with Sean in the shop and he was more than helpful and most of all enthusiastic about getting the right fit chair I could sit comfortably in.
Apart from looking like a class item of furniture this is the best thing I have ever done for my back . It is so comfortable and perfectly supportive .
