"I don't recommend this store"

When purchasing software, they do not send any instructions - nothing at all, except confirmation of payment. They don't answer calls, they don't answer emails. I waited two days and ended up contacting the software developer's support team directly, who quickly helped me resolve the issue. I don't recommend this store

I can't use the license I have just renewed and I have now missed a client deadline so not ideal. Please ask someone to contact me as I need to use sketch up tomorrow for my work. Thank you

I have upgraded this to 4 stars as I did get a swift resolution to my issue. However, I did have to wait over 24 hours from renewing the licence which is too long and down to an error at your end, not my due to my late renewal so your response is not entirely accurate. Anyway, many thanks for your resolving this.
