"I couldn't recommend Our Retreat more highly!"

It was such a great way to kick start my fitness regime. It's open to all levels and everyone was so supportive even though I hadn't done any yoga or pilates in a very long time. The teachers were fantastic.

The venue and food were amazing and everything was well organised without being overly rigid, the three days just flowed beautifully.

I shall be booking on again for another session in a few months without a doubt!

"A truly amazing experience"

I went on my first ever retreat with Our Retreat, and I had the most amazing experience. The organisation was brilliant, and the farmhouse (42 Acres, Somerset) was absolutely beautiful.
I experienced amazing daily yoga practices and meditations as well as a stunning Sound Journey with one of the Retreats guests.
I met the kindest and most inspiring group of individuals, where we shared, laughed and even cried together, and I left with a group of wonderful friends. Lisa (from Our Retreat) and Cat the Yoga teacher spent all their time on the journey with us, making It extra special.
The Chefs where also lovely and cooked up the MOST delicious, and nutritious meals.
I have learnt so much in such a short amount of time, and have lots of things I know I will be taking away with me throughout life.
This was an experience I certainly wont ever forget.

"A phenomenal retreat"

A phenomenal retreat. Yoga with an amazing teacher, delicious and nutritious food, free time to take a break and wonderful company. I went for a holiday and to enjoy a few days immersed in yoga. I left with new friends, new ideas for my yoga practice, recipe ideas and a clearer mind! I would highly recommend going on a retreat with this company.

"I had a wonderful 3 days of Yoga and …"

I had a wonderful 3 days of Yoga and Meditation with Our Retreat at 42 Acres Somerset. I can't say enough good things about the event; it was well organized with the perfect balance of activities and free time, the food and chefs were excellent and the trainer (Cat Meffan) and organizer (Lisa from Our Retreat) both made the whole experience amazing. My yoga and meditation practice has improved a lot and I have made some great friends and learnt a lot from everyone. Thank you Lisa!

"Perfect balance"

Absolutely loved everything about my retreat. The accommodation was beautiful and the food was incredible. The programme was perfect, with the right balance of yoga and pilates alongside time to spend on your own chilling out, walking, reading or whatever. I came away feeling refreshed, relaxed and revived and I will definitely be booking a retreat again in the future. Just wish I could do it every month!

"Retreat Love"

I had such a wonderful experience on the retreat. It was very well organised by Lisa and had great balance between working out, relaxing and free time. The instructors were lovely, highly trained and professional and the classes were challenging and dynamic yet had relaxation in the end. The rooms and farmhouse were so cosy so it was a really enjoyable space to be in. The food was outstanding and so much love was put into each meal by Marc and his team of Chefs. I loved my time away and was a special experience shared with a gorgeous group of young ladies.

"Outstanding"

I had a lovely time with Our Retreat and would definitely recommend it. The booking process was extremely easy and Lisa gave us very clear directions regarding location, trains, times, and overall schedule. I had to leave a bit earlier than others to catch an early morning flight, but Lisa ensured I was able to make it work and made getting to and from the retreat hassle free, which was greatly appreciated. The instructors, Emily and Lottie, were outstanding, and I thought the overall level of exercise was perfect. I enjoyed having diverse classes throughout the day, but also enough free time built into the schedule that it truly felt like a relaxing experience as opposed to a strict daily routine. The food at 42 Acres was outstanding and I was very impressed by the range of dishes offered at each meal - no snacks required! One particular aspect that I thought Our Retreat excelled in was that the instructors and Lisa read the group dynamic perfectly and didn't try to push a specific narrative or agenda - If you wanted to stay up late or take a mid-day nap, that was perfectly acceptable, and coffee was made available to those of us that wanted it (extra thanks for that)! There was structure and plenty of workouts, but people were also given space to make the retreat their own. Overall, I thought the retreat was extremely well done and money well spent, and I will definitely do another one!

"Our Retreat was such an incredible …"

Our Retreat was such an incredible experience from start to end. Everything from the food, the hosting, the accommodation and the instructors was outstanding. It was so well thought out and I came away feeling totally relaxed and revitalised.
I got the fitness results I was after, I can now actually say I have abs and I've really seen so much more definition all over my body.
I wish I could do this every month, it was a dream

"Superb retreat!"

My wife went on the first ever our retreat and liked it so much we both went on the next one together!

I think Lisa and Ritchie get the balance spot on - you are very active and training each day but it is also very relaxing, and there is opportunity for downtime/book reading etc. This is not a boot camp.

I am generally fit and have interacted with lots of trainers over the years. Ritchie is honestly the best I have ever come across and his holistic approach to nutrition, mental and physical wellbeing meant that I came away having learnt a lot. This also makes our retreat good value for money - you are getting so much content both in a group and individual context over the week. Several months on I am still implementing things I learnt every day.

Lisa is a superb host and organiser, she really pours herself into the retreat. This effort and her energy shows through in the quality of the partners used (e.g. the yoga teachers, the sublime food/chefs, the villa) and the general attention to detail.

I had not done a single minute of yoga before going on the retreat. This was not a problem at all - the teachers tailored the classes to each persons ability level.

In summary if you want to de-stress in a beautiful setting, kick start a health or fitness regime, explore yoga/mediation and meet some great people, you will love this.

"A life realisation moment"

I can't thank Lisa and the team enough for the incredible week I had with them at their very special retreat. The time running up to our time together was very peppered with personal issues and the dreaded stress. During the course of that week focussing on the physical conditioning and mental relaxation as part of the yoga stretching I found that all stress I had built up just evaporated into a state of spiritual bliss. I am still using many of the exercises i learnt that week and always reflect warmly on our time together
