Chiku cab is a fraud travel company, don't go by their low prices. They take an advance booking and then if you need to cancel due to some circumstances, they re-book on their behalf again and again. Their customer service Madam Sukriti after cancellation says "Go to Hell", misbehaves and yells in high pitched voice. Really an unprofessional experience

"Chiku cabs: Absolute frauds and cheats"
Absolute frauds and cheats. They have taken our hard earned money as advance and harrased us a lot. Please do not book through them. Following are the details of our ordeal. Our booking number is CRS2682332510529, and we had reserved a sedan for which we had paid an advance amount of INR 1467. Unfortunately, the entire experience has left us greatly disappointed.
Our scheduled pick-up time was 9:30 AM, but our ordeal began much earlier. At 6:15 AM, the initially assigned driver informed us that his vehicle was inoperable and he wouldn't be able to fulfill our booking. This sudden inconvenience was quite perplexing, considering the substantial advance payment we had made.
Subsequently, we were presented with an alarming and unprofessional proposition. At the eleventh hour, we were informed that in order to secure another vehicle, we needed to pay an additional sum of money. This was absolutely outrageous, given the circumstances and our existing agreement. We firmly declined this request, as it was unfair and unreasonable.
To our dismay, the substitute vehicle that eventually arrived was a rickety Ritz, which was a far cry from the sedan we had initially booked and were entitled to. Our reservation clearly stipulated a sedan, and we were well within our rights to expect adherence to that commitment.

All of you are requested not to book CHIKU CAB. If you book CHIKU CAB, then pay at least in advance so that if your tip diver does any drama, then if you do not get the money then you will not have any problem
Because I had booked CHIKU CAB I got a lower rate, so I confirmed the booking and paid it. Ever since I took my family to travel.So the driver has told me that I will not go at this rate. You have to give me more money.
As far as I have understood, CHIKU CAB gets booking done by taking a lower rate from you and takes advance payment. Then you are now trapped after giving the advance payment. In the last, after talking to the driver
they tell the driver you should increase the fare or else you will not go.
I think this is my duty to informed to all traveller. Be care full

It was an emergency to get our flight from Gorakhpur to Lucknow at earliest possible time. Chiku Cab helped us a lot. He picked us at morning 4.50 am and we reached there in Lucknow on time ( 4 hours approx) without any difficulty.i will definitely recommend Chiku Cab services to everyone.

Chiku cab is complete fraud company who takes advance @18% of your total tour package and day before your journey starts they call customer for increase in your package price and if you cancel trip then you lost your advance payment.
You will feel lost/anxious since you made all plans for travel, made advance payment and chiku cab takes benefit of this and make fool to customer and demand for more money.
Interestingly there are around 7 to 8 person in chiku cab who call/message from different different numbers.
these 7/8 employees are well trained and they know how to play with customers, they create situations where customer has no option but to cancel the tour.
If customer gets frustrated while talking with one staff then you get call from different numbers and they speak good with you and give hope for good things. But main catch is here, customer thinks someone is listening their complaints however this is just technic to calm customer and again you get call from driver/staff for denying journey or extra money.
Driver also calls you for money before journey starts and if you say no bcz u already paid advance @18% then driver deny tour and if you speak with chiku staff then they also not listen.
This will go and go but you never get postive response from anyone rather customer is wasting time on chiku cab on day before journey starts.
WELL PLANNED GAME CHIKU CAB IS PLAYING AND MAKING MONEY IN FORM OF ADVANCE @18%.

Priti will speak good and she will considere all your request at the time of booking because this is time they receive 18% advance money. Her job is complete now and she never respond or call back .
Nishi will share cab details before your journey starts and few hours before your journey she along with driver creates situation where you only fight with her/driver or cancel tour.
Now you will speak with Sameer, he is just listening you bcz you called first time and if you calls second time then Sameer will not receive calls/ reply messages.
All 7/8 employees or creator of compnay knows how to make customer fool/angry/calm/claim more money etc

"Extremely Pathetic service providers"
Extremely Pathetic service providers. They will do all the sweet talk until you pay the advance. Once they get the advance, they will not respond to you and my chance you get to talk to someone, they will disconnect your call intentionally and will never pick again. PFB details of my experience:
I booked a cab from Jaipur to Ghaziabad through Chiku cabs on 9th March (Booking ID - CRS532326605732). I had a lot of luggage. Thus, I booked the cab in advance to avoid any hiccups at the last moment. I was assured that I will get good service and I was able to reach your team easily till I made the advance payment. As soon as I made the advance payment, I started facing issues connecting with your service team.
I have clearly stated that I have 7 big suitcases and 6-7 small bags as my luggage along with 4 adults and a 5 year old kid. Your team booked me an Ertiga with a carrier and assured me that it is sufficient to carry the above people and luggage. I assumed that you guys are experienced and know better. Thus, I agreed on your team's advice and made the advance payment. Once I got the driver's number(Aman - 9568471648) after the payment, I talked to him and told him the same things so that he is also aware. He told me that the Ertiga is on CNG and it won't be able to fit all the above. He told me that he can provide me the Innova instead and will take Rs 1000 more i.e. Rs 6000 for the same details and I agreed. I asked him to modify the Ertiga document but he said it's not required and there is no need to worry.
When I connected with him in the morning on the day of the journey, he said that he won't be able to provide Innova as discussed earlier. Instead he asked me to take another similar car and asked for a price of Rs 7500. I had an argument with him as it was different from what we discussed. Since, I had no choice at the last moment, I agreed to him and told him that I will pay you the remaining amount of Rs 6500 once you send the car but he told that he wants me to pay the full amount of Rs 7500 and asked me to contact Chiku cabs and take the refund of Rs 1000 as this new car owner has nothing to do with Chiku cabs. It was a shock for me. I tried my best to contact Chiku cabs but it seems no one was willing to help once they got the advance amount. One lady even picked the call and when I told her the issue she disconnected the phone intentionally and never picked the phone again. When I was unable to contact Chiku cabs, I asked Aman to send me the Ertiga only as per the contract but he refused to even send the Ertiga as per document. He said that Chiku cabs can't do anything and the only option I have is to go with his new terms and conditions.
In the end, I had to make my own arrangements at the last moment which was troublesome. Not only was it annoying but I had to pay more from my pocket. I faced all these issues because I booked the cab through Chiku cabs. I must say, your service is out of this world. In the end, I have been in a lot of trouble because of your pathetic service. First you have taken the advance amount and on top of that you haven't sent any cab at all as requested or otherwise.

"extremely pathetic"
It is with extreme pain that I have to write this
My trip to Ramnagar got cancelled, as the driver did not pick me up.
We a group of six had booked an Innova with Chiku Cabs Ref No. CRS1722330991485.
I had paid an amount of Rs. 2650.
I received a message that Sh Aman Gupta Driver will pick me up..
But Aman Gupta was a vendor. He did not give me a cab. Chiku Cabs,did not respond.
After lot of phone calls, some one with the no. 8756982188 -( saxenaswati 986) tried to offer me an Ertiga instead of Innova. I agreed to that also. She send me the no. of Ombir Pal, a Vendor. He also did not send the cab.
This happened on the night of 21st. I had to leave at 6.00 AM on the morning of 22-02-23.
There was no official communication from Chiku cabs,
Do you take feedback from your vendors regarding the trip.
Cancellation caused a lot of financial loss to me, coupled with mental pain and agony.
Please refund the amount paid as advance and compensate me for the mental pain and agony.
If Chiku cabs continue to be insensitive towards the customers, then it is not a good sign for them.
