"Rubbish handles!!"

A client of mine bought from this company and asked me to fit them, whilst following the fitting instructions which are simple to be fair, the handles rattle in the mechanism the locks become jammed due to rubbing metal on metal and most importantly they are unsafe to be used in a domestic inviroment. When I contacted them the told me that they are all hand made and some may differ from one handle to the next, so how can you guarantee that the handle will do the job of turning the latch?? Stay away from this company, they look nice but really they aren't fit for purpose!

I love these ebonised door handles - beautiful, stylish period detail, and pleasantly smooth and warm to the touch. I’ve slowly replaced most of the door handles in my Edwardian house with these, as they are quite addictive. Great service - there was a small imperfection in the last one which was replaced without question within 24 hours.
