Mathew helped me to aquire a casket for my mother in a time when I had no idea where to go or how to get help finding something nice and in time for burial..I can't express how grateful I am to find a beautiful casket that's a reasonable price.. I was able to put some money down and given the chance to come up with the rest. That was so helpful for me because I have so much on my plate and so little time .I can't express how grateful I am to Mathew and this company for helping me lay my mother to rest . As an artist she deserves a casket just as beautiful as her and her artwork .. Mathew is definitely heaven sent and i am glad God put them in my path at this trying time.❤️🙏🏼

As fate would have it, I called in and the owner of the company y answered the phone. He actually stopped the large shipment for the day out of the warehouse in order to get mine on to deliver in time for funeral. He even upgraded the casket as it was available and in stock and it was beautiful. Even the funeral home was blown away by the quality, not to mention the savings. A+++++ interaction and so grateful that made a hard day a little easier.

Matthew and Shane are just absolutely amazing! We ordered a custom casket for my uncle who died in a freak accident and left a loving family and a whole community of bikers he created. He was truly a special guy. Matthew and Shane have been there for us. They are very responsive and will do what it takes to make the process of buying a loved one a casket so easy. I'm not kidding when I say I have contacted them MULTIPLE times making sure they get the casket exactly how my family and I imagine, and they have been so responsive to our questions and concerns with full support. We needed a casket that was just as special as my uncle, and my goodness they definitely delivered. I can't begin to iterate enough how amazing this company is.

The easiest of this decision at this difficult time. Pricing was good however I was also contacted by a guy named Mathew trying to get me to pay freight charges. I’ll be reporting to the better business bureau. When ending the call I was told my mom’s casket would be at the funeral home by its expected time. We shall see.

"It was easy to order but a scammer got access to my information."
It was easy to order what I needed and pay for the purchase online. After that someone who seemed to be an employee called to try to scam me out of an additional $375 for freight fee to ship the casket from DC to New York. He called multiple times. He told me that the truck was leaving DC in 19 minutes and that all I had to do to ensure that I got the casket on time was to give him my credit card number, expiration date and security code. He sent me a text holding up 3 fingers next to a casket “to prove that he wasn’t a scammer”. I refused to give him any information and demanded a refund so that I could order the casket from Titan. At that point he said he would give me a military discount and waive the freight fee. My casket arrived at the funeral home the next day because I had already paid extra for next day delivery. The gentleman said his name was Matthew. I have his telephone number and the text message that he sent me. Fortunately I had the presence of mind to recognize a scam but at such a vulnerable time many people would have given him the information he requested. He was persistent and began to sound desperate. I don’t know how he got access to my order but that is something that has to be investigated and dealt with promptly. I plan to make a complaint with the Better Business Bureau if I am not satisfied with your investigation.

They truly want to help and make the process of selecting and purchasing a casket for a loved one as cost effective and easy as possible. Please disregard the negative comments you have read about this company as I found this to be completely untrue.

"THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!"
THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!! Do not ever buy anything from here. The casket I received was a cheap piece of crap! On top of that, they called me trying to high-pressure me into paying 599 in overnight shipping, telling me that if i didn't pay, i wouldn't receive it on time. After I said no they were rude saying they were going to send me something different that we didn't even buy and basically threaten me if I didn't pay more saying "good luck receiving it on time". I was fine with the shipping i selected cause the funereal was for a later date, and i didn't need it overnight. I am already having a tough time losing my husband and my sister. Having to bury them and instead of being compassionate, they were trying to make more money, saying I have 10 minutes to make a decision or they wouldn't send me what I paid for. I have never been more horrified with this experience, and I urge others not to buy from here cause all they care about is making more money and pressuring you to make more money for something you already bought.

What freebies and shipping fees? We had to put a date of service because it wouldn't let me buy it without it and when we talked on the phone I said I didn't need it right away, and clearly stated we could wait the 10 days with no problem. If there were fees for shipping, then it should be stated and not say free shipping. The "free panel" was what we bought if it didn't come in what we bought. Why was it in the picture, description, and in the title. We didn't want to change the coffin you changed because you said I had to have the discounted one when we paid the higher end casket. On top of that, the CEO was very RUDE! There was no sympathy, and he cut me off multiple times.
