They have specialized crews for leveling and installation, sanding and finishing and each of them are at the top of their game. I highly suggest this company and you would not have any regrets at all.

Very personal and attentive service! I am a first time home owner and did all of my carpet selection over the phone during Jan/Feb 2021 - the depths of lockdown. Couldn’t go into the store but Les made it very easy with phone consultations and sent me lots of samples. He also advised me on the brands for my price point. Installation was beautiful and they were quick to rectify one issue caused by a broken floorboard underneath. The carpets look beautiful!
