I was trying to order an aluminum NFPA sign. I selected aluminum, but the sign said 'customizable' for the various numbers. When I went to customize the numbers, it automatically switched me from aluminum to sticky labels! The wrong order came to my house. I verified it again when I went to pretend order it. It's a terrible glitch in your system, and dishonest. State up front that the aluminum sign is not customizable; and don't SWITCH it to sticky labels when a customer is trying to customize. I don't want to go through the whole process of returning.

This is feedback, not really a review. Easy to use website, very easy to customize label/signs. I will likely return, although we haven't received the product yet since I only just placed the order. I was looking for more of a receipt (paid with credit card) to give our business office. The order summary was presented well with icons etc. but not really a receipt. I don't recall receiving a receipt via my email either. I was logging in as a guest user (including my email) so perhaps that's why. I anticipate using your service again, great website. Thanks!
