I placed my order 2 weeks ago today, 5 days later I was informed the production was completed on my order, however it stated the shipping was delayed. Didn't say why, just that it was delayed. Few more days go by so I called to find out and I'm told it's Fed-Ex that is delaying everything. I guess my point is why didn't someone reach out to me to ask if I wanted to ship this in a different form ? The person I spoke to said he would then have it ship out UPS. Fast forward to this morning I received yet another email to say the UPS shipping is now delayed. Are you serious ? With that being said, I have not received my order 2 weeks later as I've explained to customer service, I needed this ASAP for a fire drill, yet it's again delayed ??? Sorry, but I can't rate this any higher then a 1 out of 5.

I needed one sign and it was very easy to find and purchase. I like simple and clearcut!

Didn't have the exact sign I was looking for so I had to create my own. Fairly intuitive but not great. My sticker was expensive because of shipping charge but went ahead with purchase because I was so invested already. Will probably not be back as it was very expensive for what i received and do a lot of this type of purchasing.
