Updated review. I did reach out to the company when my order was lost in shipping and they expedited a new order. My son is now thrilled with the bag. Thank you for a quick response. I hope the bag lasts the year but the great customer service is what will make us a repeat customer.

"New "daypacks" need more colors!"

I love Madpax and am a longterm repeat customer. I have always bought a halfpack (which has been reconceived and renamed the day pack). The new version has many more features than the old one (pockets, a laptop sleeve), but that makes it more bulky, which I don't love. But the pockets will undoubtedly be useful (perhaps too useful!). I'm cautiously content with the restyling.

But I am sad about the colors. I am an adult, and I a dinosaur-print backpack is MUCH less attractive to me. I miss your former lime greens, golds, multicolored versions!

Because I badly need a new pack, I ended up with the white dinosaur one, but I'm not completely happy with it. Bring back the colors, please!

La mochila es preciosa, justo como esperaba. Buenos acabados, nuevos bolsillos interiores. Tengo dos más de esta marca, y resisten muy bien al uso, pues tienen años y siguen perfectas.
