Got an antigen/lateral flow covid test for Portugal. I had to adjust a previous booking and they were very flexible. Always responsive by email as well! We were in and out the clinic quickly and emailed our QR codes/records promptly.

"The results didn’t come in 24hrs"

I chose London Covid clinic because of their commitment of sending results in 12-24 hrs. Unfortunately I received my results 2 hours later than 24 hrs… Also when I went to my appointment in the morning at 9 am, the clinic wasn’t open and I had to wait for 10 minutes. So if you’re really in a hurry, please consider these kind of delays for this clinic.

"Don't believe a 24 hour result"

Having paid £99 for a Day2 PCR test for which I was guaranteed a result within 12-24 hours, this did not arrive until nearly 28 hours later. No-one replied to the telephone or email enquiries and there was no apology for the delay. A guarantee of up to 24 hours should mean that, not 28 hours. Not a good service.
