Avoid Avoid GoldBet……they are dodgy as $h!7. In my 15 years of using various bookies and being part of a number of reward programs which included bonus bets, hotel stays, box tickets, bet boosts etc Goldbet by far had the worst rewards program and worst customer support and experience. They are a fairly new bookie and trying to take every short cut possible. If you have any decent wins like I did, I would transfer the funds out immediately and would only re-deposit a minimum that I would bet. If you find responsible gambling a challenge…. Please do yourself a favour and do not bet or at the very least don’t go with GoldBet.

They don’t have an app, the platform which they rent out glitches all the time, the stakes they offer are not competitive when compared to all the other bookies. I gave GoldBet the benefit of the doubt after receiving a random call claiming best customer rewards and experience. I bet on their platform for about 2-3months and made an ok profit. In this time I probably bet close to 500k AUD and the only reason I continued was due to being up. I didn’t ask much of them except for front row tickets to a particular game… you’d think they would honour $300-$400 game tickets when I’m betting minimum 10-20k a week, sometimes bets of up to 40-80k. I bet coz I enjoy it and it’s a hobby so for me the experience the bookie provides is very important and GoldBet is by far the worst. Avoid at any cost.

Furthermore, as a VIP customer… I couldn’t even speak to someone on the phone as my personal client officer/manager who went by the name of Venessa would constantly give me excuses and that she didn’t have any power to do anything on the account. I was always refered to live chat or their dodgy 0409 238 238 that hardly ever goes through and if it does ring… no one ever picks up. So if you have any issues you are out of luck. You’d think a professional bookie would invest a little $$ and purchase a 13 or 1300 number to look professional… watch them do this now after reading the review but honestly don’t fall for it.

They offer bets on the money line, the pointspread, or the over/under. But a lot of the other options on prop bets like most bookies provide GoldBet doesn’t. Compare the bets & odds they give you with the other bookies and you will see I’m 100% on point.
