"Bad company, incomplete website"

Where do I start?! Probably one of the worst companies to work with. This service is very poor, lack of professionalism and false promises. 

I requested a customised bespoke website to be created, however this was not created, not mobile responsive, the website was not delivered on time and specification was not met. 

The website was not bespoke, the theme was not original and the website was incomplete, payments on the website could not be made and overall very poor quality and service for a bespoke website. 

According to their policy and contract its states that a customer would have 100% satisfaction guaranteed, otherwise 100% money back guaranteed.

To this date, my website has not been completed I have had to go another company to make my website having to pay the extra cost. 

I did send an email to the account manager, but he refused to solve the issue or give my money back, saying he will lose his job. I then asked for the email to contact the managers in the charge but there were very rude in providing it, asking several questions. My website was not fully made well so I believe it's only fair to receive the money back. The company said there would contact me and to this date I have not received a phone call from them. Several phone calls were scheduled to discuss this matter with them they have not contacted me in regards to this despite me constantly contacting them

Look for a company who want to join you in your journey of being successful, who fulfil their promises, support your vision and understand their clients needs well.

"DO NOT USE, poor workmanship, avoid"

Do not use, these will promise you many things, 15 months later after a 8 week deadline in 2018 website still wasn't completed, then told they couldn't do it but want the money, always giving excuses, never able to speak to anyone, emails ignored, also told website would be created from new, but copied our theme and messed all theme up when injecting code into the theme, which means unable to update or make it future proof, we have had to take the website from them and have another web designer to finish the job at more cost, the service is poor from these and only want your money, Indian based claiming to have offices all over but false information, avoid at all cost if you are looking for web designer, find a local company to do the work and ensure it is completed correctly, these are cowboys and only want your money, false promises and poor work provided, developers will mess everything up, so you will end up spending more money later on, find a local company in the UK and get your job done and completed on time with support and don't fall into they trap.. COWBOYS, MONEY GRABBERS, FLASE PROMISES, POOR WORK, KEEP AWAY FROM THESE............
