"I ordered a humidifier 20 days back on…"

I ordered a humidifier 20 days back on "express shipping". However the product was not delivered even after 10 days, on which I sent a request for cancellation. After 15 days they delivered the product not willing to take back in spite of the cancellation. They keep saying we do not have return policy.

i purchased fitness Band With name on box " Health and Fitness Tracker with Heart Rate-8001" i got delievered it on 07/03/2022.

There is manual with the box which says to download JCLIFE app from android. i downloaded the app from play store from my mobile.

i put the fitness band for charging on charger as per manual, when i tried to pair the band with app it indication on fitness band screen" FIRMWARE UPDATE" nothing happnes and i am not able to pair the band with jclife application.

i use redmi 9 power model of android.

when i called india helpline they are telling to record a video and send to customercare or helpline, what a problem and for Rs. 1100 band i have to record video and send it to customercare.

i have lots of choices to purchase from market like realme, MI, Garmin, Goqii, Garmin, fitbit etc.

i was not expecting so much from Dr Trust, its good that i avoided subscrpption of Dr Trust 360 other wise i may got have in trouble.
