My order has never shipped and I can't get on the web site to see what's going on. Not keeping the customer updated on what going on with your order. Very upset with the company.

Great LED lights at an affordable price. Big improvement over OEM halogens. Only issue, was that an adapter was required for Kia Sorento installation … Able to acquire it on eBay. Highly recommend.

"Bulbs only last a little over a month"

Bulbs have been in use for 6 weeks and now the one on the drivers side has lost the clip to keep it in the assembly, so it no longer stays in place when I drive the car. Always comes out and is basically useless at this point!

The product doesn't fit my application. I made contact with NINEO and they requested pictures of my bulb adapter. I took photos and sent them to NINEO BY EMAIL.
All I got was another email wanting more pictures. It was clear in the pics I sent the 3 lugs that attached the bulb to the housing was different. I was so excited about getting some bright headlights. Now the excitement has been replaced with disappointment.

Love the price and the brightness of these LED bulbs, but life is very poor. One of the bulbs has already burnt out after 5 months of use. I will now see how the company stands behind their 1 year warranty.

"The lights are bright as expected but…"

The lights are bright as expected but the directions are extremely lacking. You don’t aim the headlamp as in past but rather the bulb. The directions do not say how to do this. The bulb has an outer ring with notches that a check ball rides in. This comes apart so you can get 95% adjustment done. Then just turn the entire assembly the remaining 5%. By the way the high/ low beam led face the 9am / 3pm that’s the adjustment. Also I have a 2004 Tacoma with a dust boot that seals the bulb slash connector to the headlamp housing. Do not cut this to make it fit. I didn’t get that knowledge from the directions, rather common Sense. See what I mean about the directions. Totally worthless. First install and came out great no mistakes. I’ll use the directions for kindling next winter
