Very fast shipping and well packed. I love the color and very crisp pleats. Seems like great material not flimsy. My only problem is due to having to adjust my frame the length is too long. I ordered the 21 inch which would have fit beautifully except said adjustments. So sad.

I received a personal phone call about a stock issue with the color pillowcase I had ordered and was allowed the opportunity to make a different selection which I did. My items were received in great shape and I am enjoying the sheet and pillowcase I will purchase from this company again
