"I foolishly ordered a book without…"

I foolishly ordered a book without checking them out.
Received confirmation email from payment site but nothing from books for everyone. Emailed them without response. Got a txt from my bank saying they suspect fraud. Contacted payment site who opened &closed dispute, the refunded me within a few minutes.. sent another email to bfe, again without response. Use somewhere else!!
They also charged 99p more than advertised.

The book appeared to be an eBook format (I assumed an ePub) but turned out to be a scanned PDF. I can find a better quality copy elsewhere online but thought I was getting a legitimate copy...

I am really pleased with my Book of Everyone for my Dad which I am sending to Australia. The book is of excellent quality and such a unique and different gift. A small problem with a spelling mistake was put right by James whose prompt, friendly service was very much appreciated. He was accommodating and helpful and the book still arrived in good time. Books for everyone are currently trading using a bogus address, I know this because it is my own family home.
Please do not use this company ! they are dishonest and currently trying to deceive their clients !!!!
