Experience was enjoyable. The process was easy to understand, not bogged down with security explanations or over complicated mission statements. Tabs to upload information were direct with large font and clear directions of what and how to do so. Steps are clear and account details and information easy to access. All around positive experience.

As a solo ager, I worried about the organization and access to my "Croak Folder" or "Death Dossier," and important ICE details. Trustworthy extinguishes those worries. I have simply loaded all my info in a secure place and allowed access only to those I chose. I can make changes and updates at any time. Trustworthy has helped me get my stuff together, thereby allowing me to live more fully and free of worry.

I love Trustworthy. It’s easy to use. The design is clean, thoughtful, and well organized. And I especially love the peace of mind that comes from knowing exactly where I should store my important information where it is safe, easy to access, and will be available to the people who might need it one day. One of my concerns when I was first considering a subscription for Trustworthy was the quality of the security protecting all of my most personal information. I was very happy to find a thorough and easy to understand description of the robust security practices that are being employed to protect my data. I’d definitely recommend Trustworthy to anyone.

I got tired of having little scraps of paper in random envelopes so I thought I would try Trustworthy to get everything in one easy place - and it's great! The website is super easy to use and fill out - and if you get started and don't have what you need, you can just stop and start again anytime, which is really important to me. Also, it reminded me of things I hadn't thought of -
like information about the house and the pets, etc. I already feel a sense of relief of having a lot of this taken care of, even though I still have a few things to grab and put in here, like my passport photo.

With Trustworthy I can have everything organized and KNOW if anything happens to me, my family will be able to find EVERYTHING they need! Trustworthy really does give me peace of mind and I love that they have a real person to help me when I need it!
